Position Summary:
Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Projected End Date: 09/20/2012 (UNMTemps assignments may end with little or no advance notice) Parking Arrangements: Parking arrangements will be the responsibility of the employee
This is a temporary, non-benefits eligible assignment through UNMTemps. UNMTemps is responsible for supplying temporary employees to departments and campuses throughout the University. Qualified applicants are placed into temporary assignments when positions become vacant, when regular employees are absent, during peak work periods, and for special events
The Division of Neonatology within the Department of Pediatrics is looking for a full-time Temporary Administrative Assistant 2 to provide administrative support in a busy medical office. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling faculty appointments, maintaining calendars, and other general office duties.
Pediatrics
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience in providing administrative support in a professional office setting
