Our ideal GT candidate will need to have:
Academic excellence. Fresh graduate with outstanding academic performance and proven leadership experience; preferably a business-related degree holder.
Ownership and Accountability. You have the ability to motivate yourself and your colleagues to achieve a common goal. Able to lead by example and take ownership, communicate effectively, and make sound judgments.
