HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE [Singapore]


 

Job Description:

  • Provide office administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organization including managing office supplies, stationeries, incoming mails, and vehicle administration.
  • Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interview, selection, on-boarding, etc
  • Maintain proper documentation of employee records.
  • Work pass application/renewal/cancellation of foreign employees.
  • Verification of invoices and payment for invoices.
  • Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors.
  • Assist in all human resource functions and administrative matters of the company.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of human resource management experience is required for this position.
  • Familiar with Employment Act and HR-related policies.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Need to deal with all issues of foreign workers.
