Job Description:
- Provide office administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organization including managing office supplies, stationeries, incoming mails, and vehicle administration.
- Responsible for recruitment process including advertising, interview, selection, on-boarding, etc
- Maintain proper documentation of employee records.
- Work pass application/renewal/cancellation of foreign employees.
- Verification of invoices and payment for invoices.
- Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors.
- Assist in all human resource functions and administrative matters of the company.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of human resource management experience is required for this position.
- Familiar with Employment Act and HR-related policies.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Need to deal with all issues of foreign workers.
