Then we want to talk to you!VGW is looking for an AI Specialist to apply growth-oriented AI solutions across the company. In this role you will discover, research, and apply AI tools across the business, collaborating with core business functions for tailored solutions to specific needs, problems, or opportunities and aligning initiatives with VGW's vision and objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Map new AI tools and algorithms to specific opportunities within the company and provide recommendations for their implementation
- Contribute to an AI strategy that aligns with VGW's goals and objectives
- Analyse data from games to identify trends and insights that can inform the development of new AI-based solutions
- Develop and implement AI-based solutions that can optimise in-game performance and provide personalised recommendations to users
- Ensure responsible AI practices are integrated into implementation plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology and identify opportunities for the company to leverage these advancements to gain a competitive advantage, drive efficiency or innovation
What you will bring to the role:
- You have a bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field preferable
- You are passionate about generative AI, and you have a strong interest in the AI landscape
- You are knowledgeable of AI trends and opportunities for advancement within business. This could be self-taught or learnt through education or work experience
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and can think creatively to develop innovative solutions
- You are a strong communicator who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with ease
- You ideally have familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine, however it is not mandatory
- You ideally have demonstrable knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision (CV) technologies

Base compensation for this role is $98,312.50 - $136,125 USD and benefits include accrued PTO, 401(k) company matching, 10 paid holidays, health, dental, vision coverages, and the ability to work remotely.
