Assistant to the Executive and Faculty Director [United States]


 Under general direction, independently provide administrative and analytical support to the Executive Director and Faculty Director in Center X, within the Graduate School of Education & Information Studies. Assist with coordination of all Center X programs to ensure that critical tasks are completed on time and overall objectives are met. Manage workflow; maintain various computer databases; research and produce a wide variety of academic and administrative documents. Serve as the liaison between the Center X Directors, other faculty, departmental administrators, other University Officials, and outside officials. Manage competing demands to ensure deadlines and other obligations are met. The mission of Center X and the Graduate School of Education and Information Studies as a whole, involves the highest-level planning and scheduling coordination for the Center X Directors among the School and University, and on the local, state, and national levels.
