About the Role


The leadership development partner and architect role will focus on the development of Intel's executive leaders along with the design and execution of flagship leadership programs, partnering with Business HR and our senior executive management to accelerate Intel's leadership talent strategy.

This position requires an individual who excels at isolating critical strategy, leadership capability and development needs in an environment of ambiguity, with proven leadership skills. Enthusiasm for collaborating with a diverse set of global business and HR partners to drive practical solutions that will quickly take hold and be sustained is required.

The LDP is an integral member of the relevant BHR Account team and closely partners with the Business HR VPs to develop integrated BU leadership talent strategies and leverage enterprise solutions to support those strategies.

An ideal candidate is a thought leader in executive and leadership development, has deeply rooted passion for Intel's mission and demonstrated experience enabling leaders to fuel Intel's growth. The candidate must have business fluency and experience delivering leadership programs at scale, backed by success metrics.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Strong skills to influence in a complex, matrixed environment to accelerate leadership development of our critical talent.
  • Leader Talent Management: consult on integrated leadership talent strategies aligned to HR Business Plans (including executive succession, progression, and retention)
  • Build strong business leader relationships for service, influencing and coaching.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs and solutions focused on next-generation success and impact, establishing linkage between Intel's strategy, stakeholder demands and HR strategy in support of Intel's strategic transformation efforts underway.
  • Communicate and collaborate across all levels and groups, including the skills to listen and foster dialogue across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Use analytics with a track record of driving measurable outcomes against key performance metrics for the overall Integrated Talent Management function.
  • Bring the curiosity, research, and rigor of a scientist to the task of innovating and improving our leadership solutions, using data to challenge orthodoxy.
  • Proven thought leadership and expertise in leadership development, coaching and technology trends that drive innovation, manage a broad range of third-party relationships when needed.
  • Drive a culture of customer first, flawless execution and speed with quality.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong coaching and consultation experience to address business group leadership development needs.
  • Expertise and experience designing and delivering leadership development programs and solutions at a global technology organization, including developing flagship programs, technologies, and tools.
  • Experience partnering with, advising and influencing executives to solve for the collective good.
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills, drawing insights and implications from complex data sets to make actionable executive-level recommendations.
  • Effective team player with track record of fostering a high performing, generative team culture.


Qualifications


Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in leadership, org development or management consulting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or advanced degree in Leadership, Org Behavior, I/O Psychology or Human Resources is preferred.
  • Professional coach training certification from an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited program, ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level credential or above.
  • Experience in design thinking and agile methodology.
  • Change management and complex program management experience, including working cross functionally.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $136,750.00-$232,630.00
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
