Curo Pet Care is looking for a highly experienced leader in the veterinary or broader medical industry to serve as a Regional Hospital Administrator for Los Angeles and Orange County. The role will center on the direct oversight and management of our existing clinics in the region and the planning, construction and growth of a new, state-of-the-art multi-doctor clinics in the area.

The ideal candidate is a highly capable manager of a multi-site veterinary/medical operation with at least 7+ years minimum experience. Deep expertise in all areas of HR, financial, marketing, facilities and medical program support are critical. While not required, a CVPM certification is a plus.

As Regional Hospital Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering hand-in-hand with the ownership team to develop and execute regional:
- Strategic planning
- Marketing
- Financial management
- Vendor relationships
- Day-to-day operational oversight of clinic-level managers:
- HR/staff management
- Bookkeeping
- OSHA compliance
- Inventory
- Development and implementation of non-medical protocols, best practices and staff training
- Oversight of development and construction of our new, state-of-the-art multi-doctor regional clinic

The practices to be managed are located in Los Angeles and Orange County. Curo operates additional practices throughout California and the position will partner with Senior Management and other Regional Hospital Administrators to grow and develop our network in the region.
