Position Summary:
The Center for Development and Disability (CDD), established in 1990, is New Mexico's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research and Service. These centers, authorized by the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act, build the capacities of states and communities to respond to the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

This Training Support Analyst will work in the Disability & Health Policy Division. This position will work with division staff and others within and outside UNM to create, implement, revise, deliver and evaluate educational and training curricula for a variety of division projects, including an on-line training curriculum for Project Accessibility USA funded by the American Association on Health and Disability and a national peer mentoring training program for the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation.

This is a part-time (.60fte) benefits eligible position. The University of New Mexico (UNM) provides a diversified package of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience that can be demonstrated to be applicable to the duties listed in the job description. A completed higher degree from an accredited institution may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:
with applications used to create on-line versions of education and training programs such as Camtasia, Microsoft Power Point, Dreamweaver, CourseLab, and Articulate in delivering on-site and on-line training courses

Expertise in:
designing effective education and training programs, including learning objectives, course modules, and interactive learning conducting needs assessments of the educational needs of targeted groups, and translating the results of assessments into outcome-based objectives of on-line and on-site training and professional development courses developing training materials such as hard copy or on-line participant workbooks, trainer guides and supplemental materials such as videos
