DESCRIPTION:
This position is part time (2-3 days per week) for the upcoming 2012-2013 school year with a Fall 2012 start date. OTs will be working with children with varying cognitive disabilities including some Autism. OTs will need to work 2-3 7 hour days and be able to bill Medicaid for students who are eligible. Caseload is mostly moderate with very few severe students. Occupational Therapist is only responsible for general OT duties; no lunchroom and/or bus duties are required.

As an Occupational Therapist with Sunbelt Staffing you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a school setting working collaboratively with other therapists and staff in a supportive working environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• License to work in the state of New Mexico
• Desire to work with children
• Certified through NBCOT
• Pediatrics and/or school experience
