Job Opportunity: General Dentist Location: Santa Fe, NMOverview: A part-time General Dentist position at our dental center in New Mexico.**! Recent graduates, general dentists and pediatric dentists are encouraged to apply.** Duties include: diagnose and treat oral health issues in infants, children and teenagers. Direct and coordinate the patient care activities of dental technical support staff as required. Formulate a plan of treatment for patient\\\'s teeth and mouth issue.General Dentist Qualifications: 1 Graduation from an accredited program by the American Dental Association 2 DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery), DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine), or equivalent.
3 Current and valid U.S. state license to practice dentistry. 4 Perform the full range of dental treatment activities and procedures as dictated by general or pediatric dental specialty are aaccording to ADA guidelines. 5 Ensure appropriate dental health standards and practices are maintained for all patients.
6 Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of dental care.A plus, but not required: * Completion of post gradua! te study in pediatric dentistry with either a certificate, or ! master\\\'s degree to be eligible for certification, by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. * Degrees include: Master of Science, Master of Medical Science, Master of Dentistry, Master of Dental ScienceBenefits: Dependent upon number of hours worked during the week.
