Responsible for proactively identifying risks and implementing preventive actions.
Responsible for investigating, reviewing and reporting incidents, losses and claims reported and reports incidents to Corporate Risk Management and insurance carriers as appropriate.
Maintains departmental system databases and generates a variety of statistical reports.
Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Must be able to demonstrate effective crisis management and interpersonal communication.
Will work as part of an overa! ll Quality/Risk Team.
Requirements:
Min! imum: Bachelor’s Degree in health field with Clinical and/or Women's Healthcare experience highly desired.
