Role Description:
This position reports to the Corporate Sales director and interfaces with Organisation managers and sales staff. Responsibilities:
Individual to be involved in:
1. Sales and marketing activities to existing customers and prospective customers through offline and digital channels
2. Pre and post sales follow ups such as servicing of customers
3. Conduct of training needs analysis for corporates
4. Plan and oversee training programme
Competencies:
1. Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes
2. How to engage customers professionally offline and online
