Responsibilities:
Responsible for initiating project goals and directions;
Develop and execute the workflow to ensure the projects run smoothly on time and within budget, as well as to meet the requirements and objectives of our clients;
Plan and assign projects to internal departments to ensure smooth operations;
Communicate proactively with internal departments to monitor on the progress and to deliver accordingly.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree;
1 year of working experience in project management in any industries will be an advantage, fresh graduates will be also considered;
Excellent time management and communication skills;
Proactive and detail-minded;
Problem-solving and result-oriented;
Independent and self-driven;
Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin & English;
More experience will be considered as Senior Project Officer.
