Receptionist


 

A new real estate company in Legian, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Real Estate Assistant (Full-time, Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Look for villas or land
  • Arrange renovation when necessary
  • Manage villas and social media of the company such as Instagram
  • Find new leads, handle buyers and manage the leasing
  • Research more information and reach out to potential clients
  • Greet clients, answer the telephone and make follow-up calls
  • Prepare correspondence, schedule meetings and make travel arrangements
  • Prepare real estate forms and documents
  • Coordinate showings, assist at open houses and obtain feedback
  • Order supplies, prepare and distribute marketing materials
  • Prepare listing materials and post property listings
  • Manage a client database and prepare reports
  • Assist with closing processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Fluent in written and verbal English communication
  • Proven work experience as a Real Estate Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and confident
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Organized, detail oriented and engaging personality
  • Basic knowledge of social media
  • A go getter and self-driven person

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp3,000,000 - Rp3,500,000 per month
