Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hr, DOE

Schedule: 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm, depending on employee preference.


Tasks:

  • Provide efficient technical assistance and support for issues related to computer and telephone systems, software, and hardware for local and remote staff to ensure business technology is operating effectively
  • Collaborate with coworkers and third-party vendors to help trouble shoot and remedy issues related to business technology while providing quality customer service
  • Complete tasks as assigned through a ticket tracking system; identify trends in ticket comments to report to the IT Manager for further analysis
  • Create, terminate and manage user account systems; help staff with using these systems to help maintain business operations and workflow
  • Support other departments by pulling calls for staff as needed using the in-house phone application
  • Assist the IT Manager in ensuring Logical Position’s technology is protected and kept in good working condition by tracking the use of technical equipment

Required Skills & Certifications:

  • Proficient with basic technical trouble shooting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Systematic problem-solving approach
  • Excellent customer service and strong work ethic
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated to complete tasks alone or with a team in a timely manner
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
