Well respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seek! ing a Physical Thearpist who is highly motivated and energetic to join the team. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Additional Requirements/Information:
" Interested candidates must have 1 year of experience
" Exclusive/Preferred account
" Nationally recognized rehab company
" Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Thearpist and/or registered as a Physical Thearpist per state requirements.
A physical therapist (PT) is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients of all ages who suffer from physical conditions that limit the ability to move and/or perform daily functional activities. A PT has a number of job functions, including assessing the patient and creating an individualized treatment plan to work on the areas that could use improvement. In assisting with a patient’s physical therapy, a PT also incorporates preventative measures ag! ainst the loss of motor skills and promotes overall healthier ! lifestyles. Rehabilitation

Sports medicine
Required Qualifications
PT must have 1 yr of SNF experience.
Preferred Qualifications
BLS required.
