Location: Rio Rancho, New Mexico

Description: UNM Sandoval Regional Medical Center is currently interviewing Director of Radiology right now, this occupation will be reside in New Mexico. Coordinate and oversee all radiology and imaging operations, personel, financial management, and program growth. Serve as a liaison to internal and external ! customers. Manage, coordinate and oversee the operational day to day activities within assigned departments to ensure compliance with policy, standards and procedures. Develop and administer a quality oversight program. Provide development and management of PACS and RIS operations. Maintain Radiology Department benchmark information. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and charge master requirements. Prepare and obtain approval for and administer the Department budget. Document and track expense trends. Ensure adherence to Hospital and Department Policies and Procedures. Patient Care assignment may include neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric age groups.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or healthcare-related discipline

Licenses/Certifications:
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists License

One of th! e Following:
Radiologic Technologist Certification (RT! C) in State of New Mexico

Advanced Registry in directly related specialty (CT and/or MRI)

ARDMS Certified in Ultrasound or ARRT Certification in Mammography

Work Experience : Four (4) years management/supervisory work experience as a Radiology, Ultrasound, and/or Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:
Education: Master's Degree in related healthcare business discipline
