DescriptionRN is responsible for delivering care to patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluations; effectively interacts with patient, significant others and health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing; initiates discharge planning and health care education to the patient and/or significant other to promote recovery. QualificationsMust be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a current New Me! xico RN or Compact RN license. Current CPR certification requi! red.
