Further informations about this job opportunity please read the description below. We are working on a VERY exciting Director position for a Great Client in the Southwest. The Director of Inpatient Services Directs and administers strategic, operational, fisc! al and personnel activities for the Hospital & assigned nursing department(s).
Prepares and manages budgets, manages/supervises staff and ensures quality services are provided through daily operations of the ICU, Med Surg and Pediatrics Departments
Manages clinical operations and development for assigned area(s) with measurable improvements in clinical outcomes and customer patient satisfaction.
Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Requirements:
Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing; Desired: Masters Degree in Nursing
Ability to influence, motivate, manage, train, direct, counsel and develop staff; communication and positive employee relation skills; knowledge of regulatory standards for compliance.
Five (5) years relevant clinical experience of which three (3) years must have been in a management capacity.
Valid RN License or valid ! multi-state compact license
BLS; HIRING DEPARTMENT MA! Y ALSO REQUIRE ACLS and or PALS.
