Description

The CV and Specialty Care DSM will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of sales representatives who
will call upon Allergists, Pediatricians, Cardiologists (both Medical Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists), as well as
additional customers, key players and decision makers both within and outside of the hospital setting. CV and Specialty
Care DSMs are expected to possess a high level of product and customer knowledge, as well as an entrepreneurial drive
and spirit to lead their teams in expanding, growing an! d owning their business.

Job Duties:
Teach! ing, training and coaching sales professionals regarding products and safe driving skills and behaviors.
Planning, budgeting, analysis, and administration. Organizing, planning, and conducting, as well as attending various sales
and sales management meetings.
Job performance reviews and development of team members.
Recruiting and staffing.
Special Assignments.
Maintaining a safe driving record.
Travel 50-80%
Driving a company car in a safe manner to daily meetings and appointments is required

Qualifications

Qualifications - External

Educ! ation & Experience Requirements:
BA/BS from an accredited schoo! l required. Focus in business or life science preferred.
Minimum of 3 years successful experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative, including 2 years of hospital sales
experience preferred, as well as management experience.
Allergy, Cardiovascular or 9other Specialist therapeutic experience desired
DSM experience required.
