Job Summary:
The program/project coordinator is responsible for driving ongoing improvement efforts in support of the center’s clinical workflow and operational needs. The program/project coordinator will communicate improvement ideas and recommendations to a wide range of audiences including chairs, medical directors, operational leaders, and their peers. The Program/Project coordinator will prepare presentation and data, including workflow mapping, productivity metrics and trends for leadership and stakeholders. They will also develop SOPs and maintain a repository for up-to-date job-aids, best practices, and workflow guides. Additionally, the program/project coordinator will collaborate with vendors and cross functional teams to grow efficiencies across workflows and our digital systems.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in health care, business administration, leadership, or related field required
Master's Degree Preferred
Experience:
- 2 years of progressive administrative or strategic project support required
- 3 years of organizational program or project coordination/support; utilizing program/project management and development procedures preferred
- Strong computer literacy comprised of a working knowledge of Windows or comparable operating system. Must possess advance knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, presentation development, e-mail, browsers, repository management, and online reporting. Must have solid experience with Redcap, Tableau, or comparable data visualization platforms.
Physical Demand:
Sitting at a desk or table with some walking, standing, bending, or carrying of light objects up to 20lbs.
