Job Description
You will be responsible for the following:
- Drafting project documentation in Confluence and managing through the review process.
- Support the Delivery Leads in raising and managing Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies in JIRA.
- Coordinate the program and project meetings and stakeholder workshops, agendas, record minutes and action/outcomes and follow up.
- End-to-end procurement management including managing through SAP.
The Successful Applicant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - with the ability to write and present reports to executive audiences (this will be assessed in their written CVs as well as at interview) and a strong attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the Victorian Government.
- Agile qualification and delivery experience, ability to easily adapt to new systems and processes.
- Demonstrated experience in MS Project, Confluence, JIRA and Teams.
- Previous Business Analyst or project management experience
- Cyber security experience is a bonus!
